  • Tenure

    Financing up to 35 years (minimum tenure 5 years) or age 70, whichever is earlier.

  • Purpose & Type of Properties

    All categories of completed residential units are allowed except low-cost and medium low-cost units as determined by the state authorities, all properties built on Malay reserve land, units that are reserved for Bumiputera quota and agricultural land developed on the basis of the homestead concept.

  • Group Mortgage Reducing Term Assurance (MRTA) / Group Mortgage Level Term Assurance (MLTA)

    Financing of MRTA / MLTA is available providing you and your loved ones a peace of mind.

  • For MM2H participants who place Fixed Deposit / Fixed Return Income Account-i with CIMB under MM2H Programme.

● Regional Preferred/Private Banking (from the ASEAN countries where CIMB has a presence)

● Local Preferred/Private Banking

  • Copy of Passport (minimum 6 months validity) or MyPR
  • Sale and Purchase Agreement or the developer’s booking form

  • Latest 3 months' salary slips
  • Latest EPF statement or last 3 months' bank statements with credited salaries
Commission Applicants
  • Latest 6 months' commission statement
