The Comprehensive Wasiat is a document tailored specifically for your needs. Tailor your Comprehensive Wasiat by*:
• Detailing the breakdown of all your assets for distribution among your beneficiaries.
• Appointing as-Salihin Trustee as the guardian of the estate for your minor children (exclusive to male Testators with children below 18 years old).
• Establishing a testamentary trust to oversee nafkah (maintenance), education funds, and more for your heirs.
• Contributing to charity or Waqf for organisations of your choice.

A Wasiat saves time and cost of your inheritors as it expedites the legal process for probate and Faraid certificate application.

You can appoint as-Salihin Trustee Berhad as your Executor; making your estate distribution process seamless and saving your heirs from the lengthy legal process of unfreezing your assets which takes about 5 years on average.
as-Salihin Trustee Berhad will also ensure all your debts are settled upon your demise.
Amend Wasiat at Any Time
Amend clauses, list of assets or beneficiaries at any time even after you have finalised your Comprehensive Wasiat*. This provides you with the flexibility to make changes for your growing list of assets or change of distribution to non-faraid heirs.
